Hi, I'm Ariel Richards. I help high-achieving women quiet the emotional noise around food and return to a way of eating—and living—that feels calm, confident, and fully their own.

As a Transformational Health Coach with 15 years of experience in holistic nutrition, subconscious healing, and body-based transformation, I’ve supported more than 10,000 clients on their journey toward freedom from cravings, self-sabotage, and shame.

And I’ve lived this work myself.

My own path through emotional eating and sugar addiction taught me that willpower isn’t the answer—and that true change begins when we stop battling ourselves and start listening with compassion.
